Customer Satisfaction Survey
 
During the month of March we sent out a Customer Satisfaction questionnaire to all of our customers and as an incentive, all participants would be entered into a free prize draw. The draw took place at the beginning on May and the winners are :-

Service Exchanges and Advanced Swap Outs
 
As part of our ongoing service offerings, we are now in a position to offer Service Exchange or Advanced Swap Outs on a large selection of DC Rectifiers currently under our repair capabilities. Pricing is made up of a 30% premium on the standard repair charge, for any particular Manufacturer or Model on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. Investors In People Objective
 

ACESL have enrolled with Citation PLCs Personnel system for a three year contract.  This is a key step in achieving our 2010 objective of gaining Investors In People status and further confirms our commitment to our Employees.
 
November 2009              
ACESL moves to larger premises
 
Due to increase in demand for our repair services here in the UK and the growth of our customer base overseas, ACESL has moved into larger premises based on the same industrial park as was previous. The new premises boasts 50% more floor space and now features a dedicated test room and storage facility for our ever growing stock of second user and service replacement DC Rectifiers.
 
September 2009              
Last Years Turnover achieved in first 9 months of 2009!
 
So far ACESL has achieved a turnover in its first 9 months of this financial year, equivalent to that of the whole of last years turnover. This will see a full 33% turnover growth for this year on the previous year which has been put down to increases in both the Sale of spare units and the growth of its repair business by offering additional repair services to products such as the Air Handling Units and Battery testers.

 

A steady increase in overseas business has also contributed with regular customers now sending in repairs from countries such as Austria, Portugal and Strasbourg. 

 
June 2009              
ACESL offers AHU Repair
 
ACESL now offer workshop repairs to a number of Air Handling Unit controllers from such Manufacturers as Landis & Gyr, Staefa and Satchwell. Originally repairing these units for a large Telecoms provider we have decided to offer this service to others. Typical repair turnround times are 5-7 days and all come with a 6 months repair warranty.

Units are fully tested in our workshop using custom built test hardware which simulates all inputs and measures all available outputs.
