Each and every unit we repair is tested to full load to ensure it is capable of delivering its maximum output power and output current. Our facilities allow us to load test up to 10kW of DC Power.
Further load tests ensure the unit shutdowns if its maximum output current is exceeded.
Final tests hook up the rectifiers to their partner controllers so that communication between the two can be established and verified.
